Ingredients
- 4 fillets of your preferred white fish (such as tilapia or cod)
- 3 tablespoons Get Grill Tandoori Spice
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, combine Get Grill Tandoori Spice, plain yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, ground cumin, ground coriander, and paprika. Mix well to create a smooth marinade. - Marinate the Fish
Coat each fish fillet thoroughly with the Tandoori marinade. Ensure the fish is well-covered. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to meld. - Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). - Bake the Fish
Place the marinated fish fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with vegetable oil. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily. - Broil for Char (Optional)
If desired, broil the fish for an additional 2-3 minutes to achieve a slightly charred effect on the top. - Garnish and Serve
Garnish the Tandoori Spiced Baked Fish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
