Ingredients
- 2 lbs steak (e.g., sirloin, ribeye, or flank steak), thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons Get Grill’s Suya Spice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Marinate the Steak
In a bowl, combine thinly sliced steak with Get Grill’s Suya Spice, vegetable oil, honey (if using), garlic powder, and pepper. Toss until the steak is evenly coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors infuse. - Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. - Grill the Steak
Thread the marinated steak slices onto skewers or grill them directly. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness. - Baste with Marinade (Optional)
While grilling, you can baste the steak with any leftover marinade for extra flavor. - Rest and Garnish
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley if desired. - Serve
Serve the Grilled Suya Spice Steak hot with onion wedges on the side. It’s perfect on its own or paired with your favorite sides like rice, grilled vegetables, or a crisp salad.
