Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Get Grill Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice preference)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix Cajun seasoning, paprika, thyme, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper - Season the Chicken
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast. Ensure that the chicken is well-coated with the seasoning. - Heat the Pan
Heat a cast-iron skillet or a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and let it heat until it shimmers. - Cook the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the hot pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is nicely blackened and cooked through. - Rest and Serve
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to be redistributed. - Serve
Slice the chicken and serve it with your favorite side dishes. Consider pairing it with a refreshing salad, rice, or vegetables.
