Ingredients
- 4 boneless ribeye or New York strip steaks (about 1 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons Get Grill Blackened Spice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat. - Prepare the Blackened Spice Rub
In a small bowl, mix Get Grill Blackened Spice in Olive oil. Stir until well combined. - Season the Steak
Rub both sides of each steak with the blackened spice mixture. Ensure the steaks are well-coated with the flavorful rub. - Drizzle with Olive Oil
Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned steaks, ensuring an even coating. - Grill the Steak
Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your desired level of doneness. - Rest and Garnish
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. - Serve
Serve the Blackened Spice Grilled Steak hot with lemon wedges on the side. It pairs well with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp salad.
