Blackened Spice Grilled Steak

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless ribeye or New York strip steaks (about 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons Get Grill Blackened Spice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to high heat.
  2. Prepare the Blackened Spice Rub
In a small bowl, mix Get Grill Blackened Spice in Olive oil. Stir until well combined.
  3. Season the Steak
Rub both sides of each steak with the blackened spice mixture. Ensure the steaks are well-coated with the flavorful rub.
  4. Drizzle with Olive Oil
Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned steaks, ensuring an even coating.
  5. Grill the Steak
Place the steaks on the hot grill and cook for approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, adjusting the time based on your desired level of doneness.
  6. Rest and Garnish
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  7. Serve
Serve the Blackened Spice Grilled Steak hot with lemon wedges on the side. It pairs well with your favorite sides like roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a crisp salad.
