- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade
In a bowl, whisk together Get Grill BBQ Spice, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined. - Marinate the Chicken
Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the BBQ spice marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, allowing the flavors to infuse. - Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. - Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and grill for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the chicken is nicely charred. - Baste with Marinade (Optional)
During grilling, you can baste the chicken with any leftover marinade for extra flavor. - Rest and Garnish
